demand for a common gathering area by incorporating a fountain section into the design to allow for
community meetings.

To address the lack of immediate residential
communities, a transportation program was created -- the Natomas
Shopper Shuttle Program -- to bring customers to the center.

Donahue Schriber also coordinates with the nearby
sports and entertainment venue -- Arco Arena -- to maximize tenant
traffic on days when events are held.
