Non-traditional retailers were brought in to co-exist with traditional tenants.
Ideas implemented from Donahue Schriber's work at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California, contributed to creating a feeling of casual shopping and dining by including fountains, terraces and sidewalk cafes.
