With an eye on maximizing investment returns, Donahue Schriber's acquisitions team seeks to purchase properties that promise an exceptional return on investment and/or value enhancement, along with a minimal risk profile.
Currently, we develop and acquire anchored neighborhood, community and power retail centers in the Western United States - with an emphasis on California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon. Further, our long-range strategic plan calls for our presence in all Western states - including Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Donahue Schriber will also consider acquisitions in other areas of the country, especially if the property offers us a significant presence in a new market. While we prefer grocery-anchored projects, other types of anchors will be considered.
